Agreement of Sale – Once you have booked a stand online, the real estate agent will get intouch with you for the signing of an agreement of sale.
Payment – Once the agreement of sale is done, you can start making payments online or offline towards the purchase price.
Conveyancing – Once the full payment has been done, our lawyers will get in touch with you for conveyancing processes.
Transfer – Once conveyancing is done, transfer of ownership is done and you get your title deeds.
Prices – Commercial stands range from 300sqm to 16,000sqm at $150 per square metre excluding VAT; industrial stands range from 1,860sqm to 7,500sqm at $110 per square metre excluding VAT; institutional stands range from 1,500sqm to 88,700sqm at $95 per square metre excluding VAT; and cluster stands range from 12,000sqm to 32,350sqm at $95 per square metre excluding VAT.
