Stand Booking – Register on the portal and book your stand online on https://portal.northgateestates.co.zw
Agreement of Sale – Once you have booked a stand online, the real estate agent will get intouch with you for the signing of an agreement of sale.
Payment – Once the agreement of sale is done, you can start making payments online or offline towards the purchase price.
Conveyancing – Once the full payment has been done, our lawyers will get in touch with you for conveyancing processes.
Transfer – Once conveyancing is done, transfer of ownership is done and you get your title deeds.
Prices – Residential stands are $65/sqm cash or $75/sqm on terms, commercial stands are $150/sqm, industrial stands are $110/sqm, and institutional stands are $95/sqm, all exclusive of VAT.
