Developer Datvest, a member of the CBZ Group have started on a development nestled 17km North of Harare CBD, on Borrowdale/Domboshava Road.
Clearing and roadworks have begun for the brand-new mixed-use development called Northgate Estates, which promises its residents a place “beyond a home”. This week Masimba, who are the contractors on the project, led visitors on a progress tour of the site.

The luxury estate is designed to provide for residential, retail, commercial and recreational use.
The first stands will be available for sale in July 2024, and prospective homeowners can visit the approved real estate partners to buy.
