The Boundary Wall

An unprecedented number of new homes is the single largest component of the development. Northgate Estates was conceptualized to create a safe and secure environment for modern professionals. We want to take this further and make it an environment that enhances these people's daily lives. The inspiration of our Homes is that they are unique because time and love have been spent designing these buildings to best address the needs of their inhabitants, now and in their future. Needs ranging from how the home relates to its broader context, how the services are designed to be sustainable, at what time of day and year the sun enters the various rooms, and how each room supports the movements within it in the most natural and effortless way – have been considered.

The Gatehouse

The gatehouse façade draws inspiration from classical and contemporary design principles and elements and in keeping with the language of the boundary wall, it is both proud and humble and most of all secure. The specifics of the gatehouses will cater for security without the inconvenience of lengthy queues and unnecessary delays.
